The clarity inside represents the clarity on the outside-By Sonal Jain
There must be some reason why we say, ‘I am not clear about it’ or ‘I don’t think it is clear to me. Let us decode what is clarity in detail and what role does it play in the form of a conviction.
What is Clarity of Mind?
Mind is the supreme controller of all the activities happening around us. The mind also affects the bodily functions, emotions, activities, and decisions that we make. So, to be able to do anything, it is important for the mind to stay clear. Clarity is the process of de-cluttering the mind from layers of obstacles.
Clarity is not the end goal that you are trying to achieve. It is always around you but to operate from a space of complete clarity, it is important to clear your mind filled with clutter. As humans, we do not have control over what information is consumed by our mind, but we do have control on either to keep that information or to get rid of it. Getting rid of unwanted thoughts and information is the process of decluttering the mind to get clarity.
Here is a thought- No action taken by you comes without getting processed by your mind. There is some amount of clarity present that influences your actions. It may be filled with clutter and obstacles, but it is present. So, saying that you were not clear before acting on something is a wrong statement.
Even being aware of what you are about to do is a form of clarity. Your mind is not empty while deciding to do a task. If that were the case, you would never do that task anyway. Your mind signalled you, gave you clearance, and only then it happened.
Clarity and Conviction-
Clarity is a very powerful tool to exhibit conviction in anything you do or want to get done. A person with clarity in thoughts has the power to convince others around them. Clarity is the sign of intelligence that everyone is capable of exhibiting.
One who works on de-cluttering unwanted thoughts tends to achieve supreme clarity and such people can make sound decisions. People with clarity are trusted for their choices, thoughts, and decisions.

It is about you as an individual trying to achieve full conviction in every task but if there are layers of clutter in your thoughts, that task becomes difficult.
A very famous quote says, ‘when your clarity meets conviction and you apply it in your actions, things will start to transform for the better. It is important to achieve conviction in the things you plan and that can come only when you have clarity of thoughts.
Clarity and Communication-
Communication is the key to the success of any task. To better your communication it is important to be clear on what you want to convey. The communication can be flawed if there is less clarity in thoughts. The clarity in communication determines transparency and trust. To avoid any kind of misinterpretation of your words, clarity in conveying the message is necessary.

Clarity comes with constant efforts towards removing the layers of obstacles from the mind. Once these clutters vanish, the mind communicates the right things at the right time.
Clarity within yourself-
Life is all about trials and errors and whatever task you wish to do in life, make sure you are doing it willingly with joy and be clear within yourself that whether you want to do that task.
It is the moment of truth and whatever you decide in such a moment, you must do it.
Mind fluctuates very often and is adversely affected by our emotions. It will tell you to act in many ways with no result. Such actions do not lead to smart consequences.
In the moment of utmost clarity, when we say do something that brings you joy or do something when you are genuinely happy is because you are less impulsive.
When one is unclear about certain things, they tend to make impulsive decisions that may not do any good. So, it is important to achieve clarity within yourself.

There is a tendency to get lost when there is complete confusion within yourself. When you find clarity in your thoughts and actions, life feels like going in a single direction.
When you find your moment of clarity and decide to do something, then no one can stop you from achieving success in that very task. You will automatically follow the path of the circle that life offers instead of going in different directions and complete the journey you began.
Finding clarity within is important because changing your mind every day can be torture to yourself and everyone else around you who is directly getting affected by your decisions.
